| We are Cerro Sal Perú SAC, established in 2017, and we are dedicated to the production and marketing of Amazonian Salt, a pink volcanic rock salt with a purity level exceeding 99%. It is considered one of the purest salts currently available in Peru and is seen as a new ingredient in the gastronomy of the Peruvian Amazon. Through this activity, we are generating socio-economic development in our community in the Mishquiyacu Valley, Pilluana District, Picota Province, San Martín Region, Peru. Currently, we have a 1,000-hectare concession for the Salt Mine. In this area of our concession, we practice 100% artisanal mining with a strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility. This provides continuous work for more than 30 groups of extractors from the Mishquiyacu Valley community, representing over 200 families, including fathers, mothers, and children, who dedicate themselves to the artisanal extraction of salt. In this way, we are revaluing an ancestral activity and providing an opportunity for socio-economic development that directly and indirectly benefits the entire Mishquiyacu Valley, always ensuring sustainable practices with the environment. In the Pilluana district, we have a plot of land exceeding 3,000 m², with two plants of over 300 m² each, for processing our raw materials. Our current production capacity is 60 to 80 tons per month, which we can increase according to customer requirements. Our on-site storage capacity is over 180 tons. Our mission is to continue producing a 100% natural product of high quality and purity, always adhering to best practices in quality, sustainability, and environmental and social responsibility, thereby contributing to the development of our community. Our vision is to be an internationally recognized company, producing and distributing a 100% natural product of high quality and purity. We aim to make the consumption of Amazonian Salt a priority internationally, recognizing it as a 100% natural and healthy product, and to grow as a company internationally to continue generating socio-economic development in our community in the Peruvian Amazon. |
